COTE D'IVOIRE: STATEMENT FROM THE COMMITTEE OF CRISIS ON THE SITUATION IN WEST Toulepleu and Blolequin

On Saturday, March 26 antennas on the radion UNOCI, the former ambassador of France in COTE D'IVOIRE Marc Simon said that thousands of nationals of ECOWAS would be massacred by the natives in the departments of Toulepleu and Bloléquin. he asked "a UN rapid intervention to avoid a civil war in Ivory Coast. rude and disgusting lie that appeals to elected officials and executives from Toulepleu, Bloléquin, Guiglo and Bangolo Kouibly meeting within the Committee Crisis in the region. We want to make here and now a formal denial of these serious allegations. The crisis committee notes that these allegations come at a time or France is getting the board of a UN Security resolution for military intervention in Ivory Coast. What is the truth? truth does not say that the former French ambassador, is that departments and Bloléquin Toulepleu were attacked by rebels of Allassane Ouattara from February 23, 2011 and have since been occupied by rebels and mercenaries Allassane Ouattara, supported by UNOCI and the unicorn. they commit the worst atrocities every day. The Forces of Defence and Security established their line of defense between Guiglo and Bloléquin, to prevent the progression of the rebels to Guiglo. the truth that hides the former French ambassador, is that indigenous people have fled the massacres and atrocities to seek refuge either in Guiglo and Duekoue is Liberia. Many people are still missing. how in these circumstances, the defense forces and security in a defensive position on Guiglo or unarmed and in flight they can be mass murderers in the departments of Toulepleu and Bloléquin controlled current men Allassane Ouattara? The truth of the facts is quite different. We have the daily testimonies of survivors of massacres and other abuses. Thus: 1 - Doke A, Ouattara's men took hostage 60 people ( women, the elderly, children) they have locked in a house. They made 2to 3 hostages day. Thus, 17 people were executed before the release of Doke by SDS. When the rebels took over Doke, they 4 others slain. The village chief of Doke Oulai Emile "Gado" was burnt alive. 2 - In the department of Toulepleu, precisely Bakoubly, Denan, Tahibly, Meo, Péhé and the city of Toulepleu, this is ahundred people who could not flee were executed. One of the main rebel leader Guillaume Soro himself during his stay in Toulepleu had acknowledged these abuses in speaking of "corpses littering the city" 3. - This morning we were informed that, in the village of Diah, in the Department of Toulepleu, 20 indigenous people were massacred by the rebels. 4 - Diboké in the department of Bloléquin rebels burned the primary schools, the clinic and even motherhood. The list of abuses is long. These crimes are nothing other than war crimes and crimes against humanity are known to the former French ambassador, Ji Young Choi representative Special Secretary General of the UN, Allassane Ouattara and Guillaume Soro of the RHDP. Today the former ambassador to France and the Special Representative of the UN SG distort the truth and want to blame the President of the Republic of COTE D'IVOIRE SEM. Laurent Gbagbo and the victims of these abuses. They are the active accomplices of these crimes. Contrary to the assertions of the former ambassador to France, ECOWAS nationals living in region have never been the object of aggression on the part of indigenous people who have welcomed them. Better yet, in times like those we face today, those nationals of ECOWAS have been supported by their tutors ( the indigenous population), local representatives and managers. I is therefore wrong to say now that ECOWAS citizens were massacred by the people of Toulepleu and Blolequin, the remaining fugitives. The crisis committee denounces and condemns the silence and indifference of the international community which refuses to see the barbarism perpetrated by unnamed rebel Allassane Ouattara. The people of the west a cry of distress in the real world and organizations defending human rights. She asks them to open their eyes to the atrocities committed in Ivory Coast and not be misled by misinformation and intoxication at the tragedy experienced by people in western Ivory Coast. the crisis committee in calls for solidarity to all Ivorians around their brothers and sisters of western victims of occupation and barbarity of the rebels Allassane Ouattara. May God bless COTE D'IVOIRE. made in Abidjan on 26-03 -2011 for the committee the Minister Hubert Oulaye By: Emile GUIRIEOULOU
