Rev. MDP .. enelik Harris/404-527-7756 Emergency action as storm clouds "White" African Atlanta, GA. "Our people need to know if the application of a no-fly zone in Libya is a declaration of war on Africa," said Baba Hekimah Kanyama, while developing the plan in 5 points action in response to the invasion of Africa led by the United States U.S., EU and Arab League members. The emergency meeting with the Pan-African leaders and centrists in Atlanta was presided over by Baba Mukasa Dada "Willie Ricks and called for" immediate cessation of military aggression "in Libya by air, land and sea as answers the highest priority to the serious situation that affects Africa. Baba Mukasa is a leading pan-African civil rights activist who has served in the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC), the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) and Revolutionary Party All African Peoples (AAPRP). He currently serves on the executive committee of the International Union for the African Diaspora (WADU). Both the civil rights movement Panafrican were catalysts for the freedom and rights African peoples in the United States, Africa and around the world. However, these rights have been violated by the legislative bills and military boots worldwide. In addition to calling for an immediate cessation of the invasion of Africa, African leaders from the diaspora in Georgia also call the African Union to immediately implement the United States of Africa and the African High Command as a pan-African government and military, the military command andcontrol structure for the full integration of Africa. This decision delayed for more than fifty years due to a lack of leadership at Africain.cette deficiency has cost Africa since its security. This would make the Africa the second army in the world after China. After slavery, colonialism and imperialism have led to the destruction of Africa, Africa needs a strong army to protect its economic progress, political and social, especially to defend themselves against imminent threats constants and abroad. The United States of Africa and Africans, the high command have been considered by the great leaders like the late great Marcus Garvey, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Patrice LumumbaPresident Emperor Haile Selassie and WEB Dubois to protect Africa's neo-colonialism and imperialism. The third action point to the black communities is to engage in civil actions and mass protests worldwide against military invasion of Africa by the same invaders who participated in the "Maafa" - the horrific enslavement of blacks over the centuries. This has recently been declared by the United Nations as a crime against humanity. The first event will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in Atlanta and will continue indefinitely. The Liberation of Africa for the month of "May" was declared as a historic high priority for action across the African world to mobilize mass and to protect the gains made by blacks since slavery in Africa. In addition, African leaders of the African Diaspora community leaders urging the EU to eliminate all foreign military bases, including Africom and otherEuropean bases in Africa. Obviously, these military outposts of Europe are a threat to the advancement of the African continent to become a self-determined and free. Finally, community leaders urge African Diaspora African Union to implement the plans of the African diaspora to gain dual citizenship as a means of strengthening the commitment of the Pan African Diaspora to protect and invest in sustainable development and supported the 21st century in Africa. The host an emergency meeting of Mr. Kofi Adjei Africa recalled that Libya and other other parts of Africa such as Ivory Coast are targeted by the Europeans and the United united under the "new scramble" the stolen oil from Africa and other natural resources. Industrial strength, prosperity and wealth of Europe are due to European colonization and theenslavement of blacks. estimated wealth of Africa is now urgent and growing demand for stabilizing Europe after the economic crisis that began in the United States. Without the resources of Africa, Europe and the United States will continue to degenerate as a powerful economic forces in the world. Since the 1960s, the struggles for freedom in Africa have been undermined by these slavers in ancient direct exploitation of Africa. The Anglo American economy also suffers from its inability to compete with emerging economic powers like China, Russia, India and Brazil. The emergency meeting called for Africans everywhere to stand up as the cloud that gathers the "whiteness" that is sweeping Africa with a devastating violence in the only known black people as white power struggle to maintain its low white supremacy on the back of a black genocide.
